RE:reservation in IITs

In one of the news item recently, we got to know that people scoring 150 in IITJEE got through while people scoring 250 could not!

Somebody got this data through RTI and the news came in TOI / HT.

So I am not so sure if all IITians are as brilliant as we think them to be.
