In the Campus interviews, if at all some OBCs qualify themselves, they will be asked whether they entered the IITs and IIms as under reserved category or otherwise. Then suitable decisions will naturally follow. Then these guys will go to PSU companies again under reserved quotas, and retire from there into Old Age Homes again under reserved category.
