Certificate Should Say Reservation Quota Candidate

Since reservation is now legal - all the successful OBC quota candidates passing out Certificate should clearly state that "The Candidate Enjoyed OBC Category Reservation". If one is ready to eat the fruit, one should agree to state the fact boldly.
