its the fault of the uppercaste youth who took to roads.. remember when govt said we will create more seats to accomodate the upper castes who lose out they opposed that..doesnt it strike to ur mind that obcs did not oppose tht move..they din say they wanted the cake all for themselves.. get a life dude
