RE:Lets face the facts
by Prabu SM on Apr 11, 2008 12:20 PM

Dear Sir,

Don't wporry. India's progress won't be impacted by this policy. This is infact good for India's growth since a large secular and democratic country requires equitable development of all sects of people.

Moreover, the OBC and Minority people who join IIMs and IITs are NOT dumb people. They would have scored just a couple of % less than General category and even this difference will reduce as the competition increases within OBCs in future. The best example of this is the TN professional courses admission cut-off marks. The difference between MBC, BC & General is just around 2 - 3%.

So, please stop worrying about the impact to India's progress and start celebrating this milestone judgement.

Cheers.
