In custody? you can take any confession from anyone with modern "gentle interrogation techniques" and you even you can declare of having confession from a person who is even not in your custody by using strong media coverage.. secondly..even if he did it and he is guilty..then eliminate root cause....as you said " call spade a spade"... WHATS GOES AROUND ..COMES AROUND...correct...100 pecent right...so you vomit hatred about "us" and you get "kickback" for it...and then you starts crying for humanity and peace and harmony...
