The best way to beat China is to starve them to death. If USA will refuse to import anything from China, Chinese economy will collapse within a day. Then China will be forced to give up its colonies in Tibet, East Turkistan, Inner Mongolia, Manchuria and Taiwan. Let USA do that rather than taking a resolution in one hand and offering free trade to China in another hand.
