when younger and abroad i used to resent why overseas indians are treated as backward?now with this supreme verdict it is clear that backwardness and need for reservation is in our bone-marrow and foreigners could feel it.now, my apprehension is that our children and grand children will compete to acheive backwardness and/or get circumcised to become minority.
