Reservation - A QUOTA system

Reservation is a way of saying that we'll give an assured number of scarcely available resource to a particular bunch of people.
Like movie ticket reservation. It becomes important only when there are not enough tickets available and demand for movie is high.
But, if there are enough theaters playing the movie, then reservation becomes unnecessary.
What we need to do is liberate our education system, so that enough colleges can be created, making reservation redundant.
It will benefit every citizen, not just privileged few thousand people who get in to schools now.
