Why only in IITs? Also in Medical Colleges 50% extra umbers be given. That will put end to calibre. Govt.hospitals will shine (of course, in news channels). Politicians will go abroad for medical treatment while canvassing for reservation in India. More bridges will be built and the collapsed bridges will be re-built!
