If this is true they can make all the noise they want. US is different from India in this respect. It won't give a damn. There is only one reason for hiring someone in US. Merit and only merit for the salary being paid. My boss didn't give a damn if I was a Brahmin when he hired me. He gives no damn when my performance is appraised. All he cares is if I deliver or not.
