u r stupid.. OBC 27% n other reservations(SC/ST/PH/Defense)22% n then remaining 51% again include OBC, ST,etc.. plus so called upper caste. So deserving, qualified n talented people are almost always able to make there way through this section. they dont need any sort of help to prove themselves.
