creamy layer is a misnomer to fool around with upper caste voters.. technically, if annual income of family is more than 15 lakh then they wont get reservation .. but there are lot many ways to get fake certificate.. people even take divorce and live together ( if both are earning ) to make their individual income count. and get reservation..
