if u think that u ppl do not deserve this discrimination why dont you come forward and oppose this quota policy of the govt.????Clear the IIT entrance without help of quota with your own calibre....and then say if any brahmin faculty harrassed you....this is obvious that those who are coming to IITs through reservation will have to prove that they deserve to be there...thats why they are given 1 yr training to maintain the standards of IITs.....The reality is that,you ppl are not happy with what you are getting at the cost of other more deserving candidates ...just keep on cribbing....
