Dear 20% People who is angree because, 27% OBC Quota. Do you people know other than OBC people learn all skill here in india in low cost and use their skill in foreign. You know why because this all people are not indian they are not mulnivasi. They people wont care about india's progress. They want only their selfishness. And they dont want OBC people to be reach on that place because when obc become higher educational then he try to make other people (80%) OBC also come up.
