NASA to Indian govt: Send us list of 100 Indians on board for mission to Moon:

27 OBC
27 SC/ST
27 Minorities
10 Physically challenged

NASA: What abt balance?

Indian Govt. : We dont have balance, we just follow quota system and thats all. we can only provide 91, who cares for balance?
