Judiciary sold the Constitution
by abcd efg on Apr 10, 2008 07:29 PM

Why is there no verdict yet on RamJanma bhoomi dispute? Why is no action on tainted judges?
Why is no verdict on Taj corridor? Because it is politically inconvenient and judges dont have courage to uphold the Constitution.
The judicial system has also been infected by the same cancer in political class and bureaucracy. If this verdict really helps India and its Constitution everyone should welcome it. If not, who is accountable, certainly not the judiciary, why? And the farce is, asking this is called insult of the judiciary.
