This a good judgement as it has following benefits
1. 54 % additional capcity is getting added in all higher education institutes within a year ( which otherwise would have taken 20 -30 years more )
2. Creamy Layer is excluded ( No kids from MLA/MP ...No one with more than 2.5 Lakhs per annum salary ) which will make is available to needy ....We must do this Poor backward people ( will be happy we can cover Poor upper caste too with some % )
3. Quotas much higher than 49.5 % has been extended in all education institutes ( including private!! ) and Govt jobs for almost 50 years ....It has helped more balanced society in South and South India is extremly prosperous and will lead the same way for some time to come
