DO WE STILL CALL INDIA A SECULAR COUNTRY?

if we do, and follow the reservation pattern based on caste and religion, i think we are the biggest HYPOCRITE. one suggestion, wipe out the word SECULARISM from the Indian Constitution, before we go ahead and implement the reservations. isn't it stupid to mention caste and religion on any government application form. i dont understand what kind of people have written the constitution, and what kind follow it so blindly
