So that means BARC will have 80% people on local language basis and not talent. Certainly a good way to compete with votes that go away due to Congress/BJP due religion, SC/ST reservations.
A better solution should be that 80% of the salary of local language people should be KEPT aside by the companies to be shared WITH those WHO SPEAK LOCAL language.
That way the North Indian Biz employing local people will be fair and even to employed as well as unemployed local people
That should also be applicable to religion and SC/ST based reservations.
Then we will see the true reasons behind the "divisive ploys" and that being votes.
