India's support is more than enough. We have allowed the Tibetians to live in India as our euals with freedom to live as per their culture. We have provided food shelter and education to their children. What more do you want India to do? Send in the Army? Do you believe in your wildest imagination that military power will work? In that case, for India, Kashmir would have been a history, with all the militants and Paki supports. There is no obtions for Tibet but to remain part of China. At leat for the foreseeable future. And even if Tibet is worthless to China, China can not letgo. Remember, China too has multiple nations. If tibet goes, it will be the end of China as we know it. China can not allow this and will not allow this to happen. Olympics or No Olympics, Sanctions or No Sanctions. The would community can and should encourage China to reach an amicable solution with the Tibetian Nation. Allow them more freedom in their life, culture, Governence and resources. And hope that in the near future, some form of democaracy will emarge in China. Anyway,an Autocratic-Democratization, though oxymoron, is happening in China abet slow. China is well aware of the challanges it faces in it's hinterland, including Tibet. Equitable distrubution of power, resources, economy and good governence is not very far away, if China wants to remain in the present form. The challange is from within. China knows this. A democratic China is not far away. So is Tsibet's bright future.
