Only thing they can do well is to shoot in their foot.

And ofcourse killing people who are innocents, drugging people are their other trade marks.

If CIA is behind Tibet unrest, then I would request tibetan brothers to make peace with China. Don't be the tool of Anglo American neo Nazis
