Well, the murderers were strictly following Islamic teachings.
As for the Hindus in Pakistan, I think India should allow all of them to setttle in India. There is no hope for non-muslims in an Islamic country. They will have to live in constant fear and as third class "citizen".
Pakistan should also keep its door open for any Indian Muslims who want to migrate to Pakistan. This way, India will be rid of the rabid anti-India muslims and allow good Muslims, who consider themselves Indian first, to live in peace in India.
