don't be so sentimental - Bombay survives despite the lousy politicians and administration because Gujjus in South Bombay make sure the right people are paid to do the job and that too only in Malabar Hill, Worli, COlaba and Cuff Parade - the rest is gutter , gutter and more gutter. ( anything with "East" attached to it ) Cross the suburbs and shithole starts and the terrible life of Thane and New Bombay is everyone to see. The power cuts there will put Lucknow to shame !!
