I have been in th US for some time, now back in India.
I love India, but I wish all the good things in US.... like ethics, innovation... are translated to India as well.
Here if I want to convince my BOSS about starting a new company, I should either be very pleasing in my talks, or should be an IITian. Or you need to be very 'popular' amoung your peer. A ordinary good intentioned Indian cannot convince his Boss.
I guess we dont know how to evaluate good people. All we care for is how is "my" family and my peers consider me? And for that many people leave the true Indian attitude of tolerance.... and run behind IIM grads and IIT grads. Dont you think the society needs to change?
