The cat is out of the bag. Former Chief Election Commissioner M S Gill has been made a minister in UPA government. Earlier, he was elected as an MP on a Congress ticket to Rajya Sabha. Now everyone should know where his views lay and how 'non-partisan' the office he held must have been. Even though, he might not have held political affiliations then, would it not be wrong for some one retired from such constitutional positions to come into government as ministers and the like.
