you are a fool dude, so what if Prakash Raj and Prabhudeva are Tulus they know Kannada very well and the only reason they went to TN film industry is because of money and fame just like how software engineers go to US for money and fame, but many software engineers still remain Indian citizens and even when they become US citizens are still Indian at heart.
