You are mistaken in comparing the Muslim with Pakistan. Muslims in India are by choice ant not out of complusion as most of the RSSiiiiiisssss are. M.F. Hussain can not be a Muslim if he is hurting the sentiments of others and is degrading their gods or godesses. Muslims are bound to repsect all religions and their Prophets/ Bhagwan/ Dewdoot/ Messanger. If we will to respect them we will cease to be a Muslim.
