TN always take cases as sentimental and have issues with kerala too. Mullaperiyar is a fit case here. Tamilnadu want water butt do not want to bother about safety of people and condition of a 100 plus year old dam built with lime and surki. If TN is sincere, first thing they should come for a one to one talk and agree for a new dam and show to people that they care for human life also instead of making arguments at all levels.
