One should recall that when Japanese govt funded for 4rh stage of Cauvery project for Bangalore,Karunanidi wrote to Japan saying it was s disputed river.Japan took the extreme step of not funding the project.Only on J.H.Patel's explaination ,the Japanese govt funded the project and now lakhs of Bangaloreans are receiving drinking water including tamilians in Bangalore.We should appreciate Karnataka for not following dirty tricks of Karunanidi because even Hogenakal project is finded by Japan. Karunanidi is playing anti Kannada pranks and inciting the feelings of Karnataka.Dirty man!
