A lot of Telugu people live happily and peacefully in Madras. In fact it is quite difficult for Tamils themselves to live in Madras without knowing Telugu. And Tamils are quite happy learnig Telugu, because it is, in any case, an INDIAN language, unlike the many european languages which falsely claim to be Indian.
