Unlike neighbouring states where the electorate swings like a pendulum from one party to another ensuring there is always a stable government, Kannads act very smart. They stay loyal to their parties and vote "tactically" - whatever that means. The result will no doubt be yet another fractured mandate and the revered Gowda will be kingmaker again!
