The only fragile hold the centre has over the states against their separation is the Art 356.Even this one the CPM does not want in the statue.Their one point programme is to see India to disintegrate and China to occupy the power.They are totally opposed to India becoming strong. Other wise as how they would Dr Kalam becoming the President again. The only sane man in CPM is Buddha sahib .But he is a prisoner in the hands of Yechurry ,Karat company. What to do ? Pl suggest some remedy to get rid of this rubbish.. Raj
