The important point here is , still 50 to 60 percentage of the tamilian are lower middle class people, highly dependent of their MONTHLY salary. Their aspirations are very limited. But they have started giving much importance to good EDUCATION of their wards. Only after many generations, this seed will bear fruits. It will take more time to get it transformed from salaried class to Business class. Until then their wards will continue to work as Programmer Trainee, Programmer , Software Analyst, Program Manger, Project Manger so on..in different places of the world, getting very very fair treatment especially in our own soil.
Now it is the time for Tamil people. Make introspection . How long we face the fury of other less deserving, ugly people in this world? Your hardwork and intelligensia should not go wasted. Just think of starting your own company in Tamilnadu with well deserving people. Just put a seed of this thinking into your mind. Let it grow faster for the benefit of our mother land.
