You cannot insist Chinese to Talk English. If they are not talking English they will loose the global opportunities. It is similar situation to TN also. You need not worry abt their Employment problems. You have to see whether the people are good and kind. Yes they are. If possible, change your mindset. Dont talk the language barrier always!
