What happens in Kashmir is not Jihad. It is an uprising against atrosity. People fight against the injustice, atrosities and inhuman acts of army which is not jihad. We glorify Bhagat Singh because he fought for our mother land against the British and bombed the parliament. In the eyes of British, he was a terrorist and if happened to be a muslim, he would have become a Jihadi.
We don't consider Moghul rulers as a real muslims and they are not role models for all muslim generation. What they did was absolutely wrong and it was absolutely against the teaching of Islam. Acts of some rulers cannot be quoted as the real teachings of a particular religion. I personally do not hold Hinduism as responsible for the demolition of Babri Masjid. Some miscrents who wanted to create havoc and fighting between two majot communities and cash on their fightings.
Any muslim will admit that religious places should not harmed, and ladies, children, old people, green pastures, water resourches should be attacked and spoilt at any time during war or the normal period. This is clear instructions from Prophat Muhammed (PBUH).
