Prakash, i agree with u 100% on ur point ... even here in Chennai more than 40% is Telegus(as chennai is in border to andhara).. its abt ur Govt to take any decision.. like developing a city in mid of karnataka, rather than bgl which is in border to TN ...
also TN too shud think of developing a centre city there by locals wil be benifited more..
But here the problem is building a dam within TN to quench the thirst of ppl in some drought prone areas in TN
