Utter nonsense

1. Karnataka is upper riparian
2. Hogenakallu is technically in TN, though very close to Bangalore.
3. Thus, Karnataka has no business to dictate terms to TN.
4. HOWEVER, I hope people will stop to agree that building a dam damages the eco-system. Hogenakallu is not such a huge water falls that a dam can be built before it and major water can be saved/hydroelectricity can be generated. Its a popular tourist spot and could earn major revenue for TN's people if they develop and showcase it well.

6. KRV is a bogus organization that has been pecking on Bangaloreans ever since Vatal Nagaraj appeared on the scene. Its obviously a pesky anti social group in almost everything it does.

7. Its election time.
8. The center is being ruled by the greatest of incompetent parties.

First Dalits v/s "upper caste", next Hindus v/s Muslims, next subcastes v/s other subcastes for reservations (sc wants st status, go on rampage and kill people etc), then Karnataka v/s TN on Kaveri, Karnataka v/s Maharashtra on Belgaum, Bar council in Northern Karnataka, and so on. If nothing on national scene then anyway we
