double standard of Kumaraswamy

why did kumaraswamy kept silent when one of his minister from Jayanagar (muslim) protested his behavior and went on a processions with his secured protestors and tendered his resignation directly to the Governor without giving to him as he being the Party Head? Double Standard? What was Deve Gowda doing at that time? This shows the cheap mentality of Deve Gowda and his sons.
