repots says that incidently bilals elder brother is lodged in vizag jail for crime in oct 2005. then whycant the police had an eye on his families activities which could have avoided the blasts in 2007. i think our police is just busy in cpaturing the two wheeler riders for no helmets and four wheeler riders no seat belts. thousands of motorists are driving the vehicles in drunken state but nothing agianst them.
