Keep USA aside .. apart from that India is capable and is progressing at par with other countries like UK,AUstralia, NZ or any other European country.
UK,AUS,NZ,USA are the breed of UK mainly. UK got all the money by looting India in 17-18th Century. The prosperity which these countries are enjoying are not by their hard money but by the money they looted from India.
