punish / imprison people who issue fatwa

Any person who issues fatwa should be imprisoned and punished very sevearly.
whether such man is a hindu,muslim - mulla,christian,jews.
these people does not deserve mercy of the society.
if any one speaks wrong about Ram let ram punish them.
If any one speaks wrong about Allah let allah punish them
similarly for chritians and jews.
let us keep religion out of place and deal things.country first.
let us control radical elements
