What I have to tell you is that one should read read full chapters instead of picking one sentence out of context: For eg. Ezekiel 5th chapter is given below. It is a prediction about destruction and desolation of the city of Jerusalem. You will see how fittingly 5:10 goes with the chapter. Same applies to other verses.
