There is a TamilNadu beyond DMK. There is a Tamilnadu, nearly 75% of population, who did not vote for DMK in last election.
DMK is not only thing with TN. There are thousands of other things part of our heritage... rajaraja chozhan , mahendra pallavan, pandiyas, meenakshi temple, rajnikanth all matter more to tamils than the Yellow Towel family.
