issuing fatwa?

hah..lets make issuing " fatwa" a kind of governmment formality. it needs forms, approval and other stuff.we all know what will happen. You got to wait for the fatwa to be issued for years ( even if you bribe). enjoy VHP and dont waste fatwa's on a**hol** like karuna
