a study at grass roots level shows that india had resources in abundnce to become an developed nation, but mismanagement of resources from the top level is what is putting india backwards......india is an pure case of management inefficiency......the change must come from top level.....we have lot of potential energy but fail to convert it to kinetic energy.....this is india.....
