Positive Fall-out
by Lalatendu Deo on Sep 19, 2007 04:04 PM

Yes, this is what we will get once we go through the 123.

But the 123 itself has got a lot of problems for India , in-built. Is it not possible for the US to clarify on these matters first? Yes, there are Valid Points in the argument against the Deal.

We have to complete the deal soon as the 'Fuel Bank' of IAEA may jettison out the hope of such an unconditional consideration by the NSG.

Once such a Bank opens its branches in all over the world, the fuel selling would not be a big problem for those who have the material and are not being able to sell it now. The Pressure would not be there to sale then.
