Abbas, India is developed because of its willingness to be developed and not because of any support from Russia or any other country. We Indians have worked really hard to reach this level. Had Pakistanis would have taken the same route, they would have also reached similar level but there system runs on three A's (Allah, Army, America) which is barring them to make any progress. See if you cheat in exams, you can just be a passout but if you do work hard and study (apart from taking and sharing notes with fellow friends, who also gain while sharing), you can be a topper.
