It is scientific knowledge from the past experience as a precedent that the tampering of the atmosphere by loading with carbon monoxide etc., from various huge factories etc., from all over the world is entirely responsible for the present global warming! Drastic changes in weather conditions resulting in ferocious floods, rains, %u2018quakes, and hurricanes etc., witnessed by entire world to day is due to this global warming! Thus let us not forget that any disturbance to nature in whatever form it appears may result in aggressive reaction in another way! Newton%u2019s third law of motion is applicable to every aspect of nature too! Only healthy inheritance of gene, cultured grooming, rightful adequate knowledge can render a right imagination leading to correct applicable capacity to the mind for attaining a judicial decision! Every Tom, Dick and Harry cannot exercise such judicial decisive power irrespective of his rich academic qualification or highest position whatever may be! Such decisions are very crucial, as once such tampering decisions are taken, well , nature may retaliate as observed in several scientific observations all over the globe , baffling entire scientific community, particularly during the huge observation period of 18 months from 1st July 1957 to 31st December 1958 of the International Geo physical Year (I.G.Y.) in which more than about 64 countries took part!
