1) 5.5 billion dollar a year is something which can make anyone crazy and so is bushraff and his PML-Q party 2) Bushraff has not yet acheived anything firm on kashmir, the most core issue of all, hence how can he step down until this main agenda is resolved...
and why the whole pakistan is opposing bushraff but his party memebers are ready to re-elect him...this is again as said in point 2, its sone ka anda dene wali murgi....
